Is there a way to have Agent Email Notifications keep the attachments that the internal OTRS Agent Notification might have?
This would be useful in situations where I am out on the field with no internet access and a customer submits a ticket submitted with an attachment. The attachment could be a picture of something important to a problem the customer is having (like a piece of equipment on fire). It would be nice to be able to see the attachment from an email I am looking at on my phone.
So far I can only get the body of the ticket to show up on the email notification. But no the attachment.
I have read on forums that people have been successful at doing this by hosting the attachments on a website and putting the url on the notification but that seems rather inefficient. The OTRS app doesn't appear to have the option to view attachments either.
