Ownerupdate email notification

Hi,

When a agent changes the ownership of a ticket I want the new owner to get a email notification of the update. Is there a way to do this?

I noticed under "Admin/Notification Management" there is a notification called "Agent::OwnerUpdate"

That should already happen. Check your logs.

It's called "Agent::OwnerUpdate"
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
