Hi crythias,
How can i get the mails only from the Inbox that too according to the date wise recieving...
and my OTRS system need to receive only the new mails from the POP3 mail server.
please suggest me also i need to filter the incoming mail at my inbox... pleaase help me...

You can't.
OTRS should be the sole owner of a mailbox and accept all mail as tickets. It will delete the mail and no human should be involved with the OTRS mailbox.
If you don't want them to be gathered, don't have them in your mailbox.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
