we plan try to use OTRS for recruitment help desk for internal and HR tracking. Please any suggest how to a create queue structure .

queue:
1 HR
2 Recruitment
3.interview panel
agent:
HR Team ,interview panel and Recruitment team
customer as :
Team Lead,managers,customers.
any implemented pls help this plan...
