Customer Data Source - via SOAP

Hi,

We have two existing CustomerUser-CustomerID Data Source.

1. LDAP
2. Local OTRS Db - For creating new Customers who dont belong to LDAP

Our Customer CRM has a SOAP interface to access the Customer Data. The objective is to be able to search and lookup for the Customer Users and CustomerIDs from within OTRS when creating Tickets and when Searching for CustomerUsers or CustomerIDs.

Whats the best approach to accomplish this requirement?

You'll need to develop an CustomerData Source via SOAP, this can not be done out of the box
