Do you know how can I disable "New" from the Change Menu? This is to let agents use the "New (from template)". Thanks!

You may change it in:
ITSM Change Management -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
Untick Frontend::Module###AgentITSMChangeAdd
