Hello,
I trying to config the Services with SLA, i did the client - service association.
But the services appears in gray.
The most strange, when i change the service name, for exemple: SALES and i change to SALE the service appears normal.
Can anyone help me?

The problem was inside the Config.pm file.
I put some ACL inside and i forgot to remove.
