How to Hide 'Link' button On a particular condition

Hi,

I want to hide 'Link' button in AgentTicketZoom page for a particular condition. How can I do it? and I also have created a new action button on this page. I want to show it for that particular condition. Tell me the way to do this?

Hi,

Now I am able to hide Link button. But I am not able to hide new "LinkTickets"Action button! Do I need to do anything else for it?
