Needs assistance unreadable message in otrs

Hi OTRS Support,

Good day!

One of my colleague sends a chinese email to his customer and the customer is able to received and read the email in chinese. However when the customer replied,
he is having a trouble when he receives the mail in unreadable message.

He is using OTRS Version: 3.2.9
running on Windows 7 Professional

Please find the sample replied message coming from the customer in unreadable format.
