Hi all,
after upgrade from otrs 3.1.10 and ITSM 3.1.10 to otrs 3.2.12 and ITSM 3.2.9 in the customer web interface doesn't appear anymore the new ticket option from dropdown selection list of ticket.
No error found in the logs.
Any suggestion ?

Reset the SysConfig options in Frontend::Customer::ModuleRegistration
