I'm new to the forum and I don't noramlly ask because I like to resolve things by myself, but right now I have a problem that I'm not able to solve and it's driving me nuts... So the problem:
I'm testing the new otrs appliance, and I'm trying to use it with a connection to an Oracle database, so I installed the DBD::Oracle, and everything works just FINE. The problem comes when the the virtual machine is rebooted, it tells me that the DBD::Oracle is not installed, and I have to do it again, and again, and again, and so on ad infinitum. So I need to know if this is going to be resolved any time soon or if theres something I'm missing, but I've installed it like 3 times from scratch and looked everywhere in the web, and I can't find an answer to this issue. So if there's someone who knows or has an idea that I haven't come up with, I'd be more than thanful to read it.
