Auto response if ticket is cloased

Hi ,

In otrs, Ticket is closed and Customer is answering via EMAIL. No notification for customer that mail is not accepted?

How to set auto response for this if ticket is closed.


Please provide the inputs on this.

You have to assign a "default reject" (original ticket is closed, follow up is rejected) auto reply or a "default reject/new ticket created" (original ticket is closed, follow up creates new ticket) to the queue.
