Hi, One of our client has developed a software which can run on offline mode. Which means if a user is at a client side and has completed a task. He/she just selects "completed" in their mobile that gets updated on the system. E.g., when a courier and KFC guy delivers an item he selects delivered or completed and automatically gets updated in the system. Just like what's app, the message is sent however, it's delivered only when there is internet.
Most engineers are mostly on site and hence they would like to use their app with OTRS on the background.
I did mention that the integration is possible with SOAP.
However i am not sure how we can do this. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
P.S., I am a newbie in OTRS. New to prog languages and linux. Given training or any steps i can pick it up quickly.. Many Thanks again

Re: Integration Suggestions
So the software sends the SOAP request when there is internet connection? You should have a look at the GenericInterface of OTRS. You can configure it as an endpoint (target) for SOAP requests...
