Dear Forum members,
I have recently installed FAQ 2.0.8 in my OTRS 3.0.22. Package installation was successful and all the necessary FAQ security groups were created successful. When I try to add a new FAQ article it loss connection with the apache/database server. Same happens for Explore FAQ. I checked the backend databse and it seems to be populated with new FAQ article.
FYI, I am using MSSQL server as my database. At the time of installing faq package, I saw a warning to increase network packate size for mysql database. I found something similar in MSSQL network packet size, which can be maximum increased to 32767 bytes.
Am I missing something here? Appreciate if you could share your ideas and suggestions.
