Hello!
I have services that has associated SLAs. Now I export the Statistics, in specif Ticket list. Some services are 8x5 or 24x7.
When I read the statistics I saw that SolutionInMin is zero. For 24x5 there is no problem because with a formula and start/closed date I can calculate but with the SLA 8x5 its difficult to calculate.
Why not OTRS account time solution?
