Hi
We are using OTRS version: 3.0.X, I need to configure 2 mail id in an outgoing mails of OTRS system.
For Example: sales related mails will be going from one mail id and support related mail will go from other mail id.
Can you please let me know any possibility chances of configuring 2 mail id's in OTRS.
your help is really appreciated.

The sender address is bound to the queue the ticket is in. So you could add both addresses in Admin Area -> Email Adresses. Then create a queue for Sales and a queue for Support. Set the support address as system address in Support queue and the sales address in the Sales queue.
If you want to have two sender addresses for one queue, you would have to do some development.

but here, If i want to send outgoing mail related to sale it should be from sale's mail id only.... when i select the mail to send my from field is always showing as support mail, since we have configured support mail id in "Core::Sendmail".
How we can send mail w.r.t to sales with sales mail id and support mail w.r.t support?

That's how you can use different "From" addresses.

I have created the Queue & mapped the sales to sales id and support to support mail id, but when we receive the mail in our inbox it show the same that it is from support mail id. which the problem still exists.
when i tried to find on google: i got some content as follows:
The SMTP server settings can be configured via the SysConfig (Framework::Core::Sendmail). If you don't see SMTPS available as an option, the required Perl modules are missing. In that case, please refer to "Installation of Perl modules required for OTRS" for instructions.
Here we have configured one mail id which is for support mail id.
when we queued, it says "All incoming messages will be stored in the "Raw" queue if no filter rules are defined" = i have change the sender mail id to sales mail id, but what if we have ticket from support and then when we reply the mail then here the outgoing mail will be sales mail id, which is wrong.
if sales related ticket replied with sales mail id and support related ticket should be replied with support mail id.
Please let me know.

A customer will receive messages from the email address attached to the autoresponse, if it is an autoresponse, or from the queue's system address, if the correspondence is via a reply.
An agent will always receive the ticket from the Notification Sender.
Note that you will need to create additional autoresponses with different email addresses and attach them to their respective queues.
