nach dem ich das Update von 3.2.12 auf 3.3.3 durchgeführt habe, kann ich keine Tickets mehr erstellen.
Beim Klick auf Tickets -> Neues Telefon-Ticket oder Tickets -> Neues E-Mail-Ticket erscheint:
