New Ticket Email

HI,

I have my new Ticket email setup and working. The only thing is that it does not send a New Ticket email tot he person who logged to the ticket from the Customer Portal.. If there a way to turn it on so everyone including the person creating the ticket gets the email?

I have tried individual notifications but this didn't work.

The customer isn't getting email notification of the ticket he himself submitted? Check AutoResponses attached to Queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
