HI,
I have my new Ticket email setup and working. The only thing is that it does not send a New Ticket email tot he person who logged to the ticket from the Customer Portal.. If there a way to turn it on so everyone including the person creating the ticket gets the email?
I have tried individual notifications but this didn't work.
