Hi,
I am trying to translate services but it is not working! I have also done translation to 1 in AgentTicketPhone.pm and AgentTicketEmail.pm, but It is not showing translation in New Ticket creation! Please Help!

Please ask a better question. While you might be frustrated, it won't help get your question answered from a free forum because you're frustrated, angry, under a time crunch, etc. If you need to yell at someone, please pay him some money.
A better question:
I am using [otrs version xxx] on [operating system].
When I am on [this screen], and attempting to do [this thing], I see that [this is happening], but I need [this to happen].
I have attempted to [do this thing in this location and that thing in the other location] and still it [does this thing].
I got the idea that I could [make this change] from [this link or search result].
I am getting [this message/no message] in the logs.
How do I [make X do Y]?

Sorry for my language but I wasn't frustated or angry. May be the way I wrote my problem, was bad! Thank you so much for giving me the format. Now I can finally use it.
My problem is:
I am using OTRS version 3.3.2 on Linux operating system(Red Hat).
When I am on the 'Create New Phone Ticket' or 'Create New Email Ticket' Screens and attempting to select 'Services', I see that Services are not translated yet, but I need the translated Services here.
I have attempted to change Translation to 1 in AgentTicketPhone.pm and AgentTicketEmail.pm as it was set to 0 for services in these files and still it shows the old language.
I got the idea that I could make this change from viewtopic.php?f=62&t=23466#p92497.
Please Help me, I would be thankful to you.

This works for me. There are *two* places in both files where you have to change the value of Translation
