Hi,
Recently I installed the latest OTRS (3.3.3) by using the windows installer directly. I found the response of the new OTRS is slower than the previous version (3.2.1). Then I found the latest OTRS windows installer doesn't install the mod_perl which is used in the previous OTRS version. The OTRS developer document shows that mod_perl could improve the performance of OTRS greatly. So I'm wondering why the latest OTRS windows installer 3.3.3 doesn't include this mod_perl.

mod_perl on windows is not stable and will crash.
