OTRS 2.4.5
I would like to disable the notification by mail for every one.
Can you tell me where to do that or if it is not possible, to change the pendig reminder time ....

your question is not clear enough. Alos 2.4. is really outdated

You have to disable the cronjob for that (it should be something with PendingJobs or the like in your crontab).
