Hi all,
I wanted to install CMDB modules in otrs-3.2.11 version. I have ITSMConfigurationManagement-3.3.2.opm and ITSMConfigurationManagement-3.2.9.opm files. But i could not install into the otrs-3.2.11 version. It is showing error message. [ Error Message: Package is not installed, can't upgrade! ]
How can i resolve this issue and please advice me ! thanks lot..
