Anyone have an idea about lemonldap single signon implementation on linux ?

Yes.

But, then, I suppose you wanted an answer to a better question

Something like documentation from OTRS and LemonLDAP-ng http://lemonldap-ng.org/documentation/l ... rauthbasic might be useful.

Please note: I, personally, can't support any configuration changes you make with the information I've linked herein.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
