what did you change?
has the Articel a Subject?
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Hi Jojo,

we are created only new email ticket. in Agent Ticket Status View not visible subject option view S (small) . but other two options M(medium) and L (Large) showing ticket subject.
