CI Incident - Ticket Creation - NAGIOS

HI

I would like NAGIOS to link the CI into the ticket, it sets the CI to Incident state but does not link it to the ticket, is this possible?

yes, it happens on the second mail from nagios

on the second mail from nagios? We only get 1 mail to say the service is critical, is this a change we need to make in NAGIOS?
