Hi
I want to have control over either sending or not sending the agent notifications and I dont know how I can do that.
When I update a work order that is linked to a change I get 5/6 different messages.
How can I disable / enable those notifications and how can I customize the condition to decide if the notification should be triggered or not?
Below is the mail I get every work order updates.
Please advise.
