I'm trying to update my OTRS Win based from 3.2.2 to 3.3.4 but something seems to go wrong.....
Installation complete with no error but, when i try to login as agent or customer the authentication is ok (from otrs.log) but a page with "internal error notification" is displayed....
Where is the problem?
I tried to update from 3.3.1 to 3.3.4 and all go right....
Can anyone help me?

There's an upgrade path for this. You need to read the UPGRADING.md file and make sure you've migrated your database properly.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: Upgrade Win from 3.2.2 to 3.3.4
There is something strange.....
In OTRS Admin Book 3.3 chapter 5 (Upgrading Windows Installer) describe Windows Installer Upgrade like "fully automatic" and don't indicate any manually updating action...
Is Admin Book wrong?

Re: Upgrade Win from 3.2.2 to 3.3.4
I don't know. Because the standard documentation says:
Performing minor level upgrades on Windows
Minor upgrades (from OTRS 3.2 to OTRS 3.3) take a little more time as there is also a database upgrade step involved. The installer will detect this and will automatically perform the upgrade for you. After installation you should still perform steps 12, 13 and 14 of the 'regular' upgrading section.
Please note that if you have any additional packages such as Feature Add-Ons installed on your OTRS system, you'll need to upgrade these as well. Make sure you obtain these before you start the upgrade. After upgrade is complete you can upgrade these packages via the Package Installer Web GUI. Packages from the 'standard' repositories such as Survey, FAQ and ITSM can be upgraded from the Package Manager after the framework upgrade is complete.
