Can not Upgrade the Packages from 3.2.11 to 3.32

Hi,

I have upgraded the otrs version 3.2.11 to 3.3.2. But, i could not upgrade the some packages in the package manager.

I have downloaded the ITSM, ITSMCore, ITSMIncidentProblemManagement packages and i was trying to install.

It showing invalid package. The packages name saved .opm files. Please advise me !

you need latest 3.3.x ITSM modules. Your error message does not display all information. (error details)
