Hello,
Using OTRS 3.2.9
I created a new state "awaiting client" of type "pending reminder"
I was expecting it to behave like pending reminder but it's not. When i receive an email followup the state does not change back to open it stays exactly the same. The follow up it self does appear in the ticket and the ticket history looks fine.
If i manually change the state of the ticket to "pending reminder" the email follow up works fine.
Any clues ?

Please ignore my message. I'm using KIX4OTRS and i had to configure an additional option in KIX4OTRS -> Core::PostMaster
