how to Link to Company Customer Equipment CMDB

Hello Guys, good morning everyone!

I would like to take a doubt, I installed OTRS here in the company, which will use its function, to link an environment to an EX customer:

A customer has 20 computers and 3 servers already signed up workstations and servers and clients, but I can not (do not think) which link the equipment to the client.

I can link the customer to a call up or a service, but I need to assign it to the device, how do I it?

You have to use CMDB.
Register all of the configuration elements (20 computers and servers) and after you can link these configuration element to a service.
There are differentes classes for CMDB like computer, hardware,software, etc that you can add and configured the fields.
