I am running OTRS 3.3.3 and need to enable event notification for state change to closed. I cannot get the emails to go when the state is changed. Is there something else I should do other than put up an event notification for TicketStateUpdate?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
