Hi,
When I send a email to a specific address i.e OTRS system address 'abc@xyz.com', It creates a new ticket in OTRS. Could you please tell me which functionality handles this part? I want to deactivate this. Thanks a lot in advance!

I just want to do for now that new ticket should not be created by external mail. Is it possible to do that? It would be helpful if you can provide some input!

Delete/disable from Admin, Postmaster Mail Accounts
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
