Process Management not work

Dear all,

I am new in OTRS.

I am trying OTRS process management in a 30-day free try version. I set dynamic field, activity and transition like in guide step by step.

when I draw activities and transitions, change transition actions, an error shows:Error Message: Need ProcessData!

I have OTRS open source, free forever

when I draw activities and transitions, change transition actions, an error shows:Error Message: Need ProcessData!

Done by book? doc.ors.org?
The error message does not show anything useful Can you export your process and provide the yml file?

The version I use without any vm and database setting, only a web-app interface. I think it is just 'Try'..But other function works well.

The guide I followed is from homapage OTRS 3.3 Admin- Progress management. The version we use right now without this function(version 3.1), so I cant modify locally.

I don't know, maybe it is not allowed to modify process management using OTRS try...

I am running into the same 'Need ProcessData!' error in testing Process Management on OTRS 3.2.16. The error details are similar:

I have attached the YML of my process export. I had to zip the file, OtterHub won't let me upload a file with YML extension
