Best practice for CI, SLA and Service in OTRS
I'm wondering if anyone would like to share their experience with designing a CMDB in OTRS. I know this might be a big question. If any of you find it inappropriate, please ignore it!
OTRS 6.0.12 on Ubuntu with MySQL DB, and various plug-ins and a hack or two
