I'm new to OTRS and need some help.
I've just installed v. 3.3.4 on Windows 2008R2.
the install went smooth with no problems.
Before letting users test the system, i'm trying to go through everything so that there are no errors; but I've hit a snag.
When creating a new ticket and hit the SUBMIT button. I get: "500 Server Error". The email to the user does not get sent; but the ticket seems to be created. Its visible in the dashboard..
I don't know where to start, as the obvious logs don't show anything.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
