Hi all,
I'd like to know if some of you know any way to respond to articles instead of tickets. I mean when a customer want to reply to a ticket he can add a note. This note is incluided at the end of the ticket, but is there any way to answer to an specific article?
I guess I can't do this changing the configuration and I should change the code, am I right?

articles are part of tickets. Clicking reply responds to that article.

The limitations of the Customer are exactly as the customer experiences them.
