Hi,
I am having issues in installing OTRS latest version 3.3.4 after uninstalling the older version 3.1.12 on windows server 2008 and the same working fine on my windows 7 desktop operating system. Also unable to restore the database of older version in the newer version.
I have completely uninstalled the older version before installing the newer version with all required prerequisites (Perl 5.16-x86).
I don't find any apache folder in the latest version for changing the ports as per my choice as like in the previous version.
I would like to know whether the latest version needs to be upgraded first to any previous versions after 3.1.12 and also want to know whether the latest version supports Windows Server 2008 platforms with other applications like apache, xampp running for other processes.
