I created a new queue in a new group and this queue does not appear in combo box at the customer's new ticket interface.
I enabled the "CustomerPanelOwnSelection" at "Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew" and put all queues I need to show and all of them just appeared there, except one.
All queues that appear are in users group, the one that does not appear is in another group, but I can't put it in user group, I need it in another group.

A Queue will show if the customer is a member of the group the queue belongs to.
By default, this is "users". If CustomerGroupSupport is enabled, then "CustomerGroupsAlwaysGroups" (default: users) and any specific group the Customer would be a member of.
