Hello,
My Name is Emrah and I am working for Turkish Online Book Reseller idefix.com. I am very new to OTRS System, though I could manage to update it to 3.3.3
when our system failed several months ago almost the beginning of 2014. (04.01.2014)
My problems are as follows.
1. Dashboard 7-Days Stats : closed queues are 0 , although there's hundreds of closed tickets.
2 Ticket-Search : I query current closed tickets and it returns empty. When I made the same query prior months in 2013 i could get results.
3 Closed ticket are more 10000 (much more) can it be the reason for it, have no idea.
Simply, although system is working I can't query daily basis reports like "who closed how many tickets" etc..,
What should I do, upgrade system, are there any tweaks in configuration files, or upgrade to the new 3.3.5?
Please Help!

check system logs for damage to database.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
