Dear Team OTRS,
I have some existing Helpdesk Solution(JIRA, Request Tracker, GLPI), How can I integrates these Helpdesk solution with OTRS Helpdesk.
Please let me know if it is feasible , If yes how can we achieve it.
Please suggest.
