Hi there,
How can I add a multiple selection list box on the search tickets page from customer interface to allow customer users to search tickets by queue(s)? (such as the priority or state selection list box)
I tried to add a "Queue" key via SysConfig, Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewSearch, Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketSearch###SearchCSVData / Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketSearch###DynamicField / Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketSearch###SearchCSVDynamicField without success.
Any idea?
