Hi,
I am using OTRS 3.3.x. I have a AutoResponse for every newly created ticket, but I have set it to invalid. so now it should not send the response/mail. but I am still getting the mail/response. Could anyone tell me what the issue is? Thanks for the help.

In OTRS, entries attached to something that has subsequently been made invalid do not delete the link just because invalid. You will need to remove or resave Autoreply attached to the queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
