Adding FAQ

Hope everyone is well here

I am currently trying to add the F.A.Q module which holds the knowledge base system as well but in the installation setup it says that the max_packet_allowed has to be 5MB minimum.

How do i check that on SQL server 2008 R2?

it's a configuration for MySQL (my.ini or some such) ... Unfortunately, I don't know which INI is being used for OTRS's installation.
