Submitting new ticket taking time

Hi,

When creating new ticket, after click on submit button it is taking a lot of time. Please have a look on the screenshot:

What can I do to improve performance?

check and improve your outbound email settings

currently I have selected do not send mail configuration. Would it affect the system performance?

but it is taking 15 sec to submit the ticket while I have another system which is running otrs, there it is taking 6 sec to save the ticket.

this could have a lot of causes:

- email
- filesystem
- database

Could you please explain the mentioned three causes in details? I mean, How they affect and where I can find these causes.
