Issue in article 'created by'

Hi,

We use OTRS , and we face one issue as described below :

Specification : For User and customer login we use LDAP.

Issue : A User/Agent create ticket in user portal for which article is shown with user name :

And if customer login on portal using his id and do some change in same ticket, a article is created.. and if login back to agent portal and check ticket.. article was created for customer and shown as below :

So now the issue is why the customer user id is not in missing part and shown in image...

Kindly give your suggestions.

So it means we can't show customer name there ..??
