part of the Value lost of a dynamic field

Hi,

I have a dynamic field named abc which is a text field. but this field work as dropdown as the values comes in this field via external connection. The value in this dropdown saves as 'ID Description'. Now the issue is when the value is like '1001 "ABCDS"' In this case when saving the ticket, value after double quotes has been lost. Could someone tell me how can I save the whole value with double quotes for this dynamic field.

change the file which was linked by renee or update to 3.3.6 (will be released on tuesday). I strongly advise you to invest in professional services, as you seem to need a different kind of support than a volunteer driven forum
