Hello there!

We plan to use OTRS as development-ticketing platform. For that reason I'd like to ease up the ticket creation for our developers. My plan is to create new entries in the "Ticket" menu, such that:
a) We can assign a group in the sysconfig for each entry (I guess that would be called an "additional module"?)
b) We can assign a individual action-URL-call per entry (e.g. Action=AgentTicketPhone;[...];PreSelectedDynamicField=ProductXYZ) - that is, multiple ticket masks

One way to do this, is activating the templates in the .dtl file, which I would dislike. I'm hoping this can be done via copy-paste in the ticket.xml.
Could you please advice which part I'd have to modify and if that would bring us the additional entries (maybe my idea is all wrong).

The Znuny Addon creates a "AgentTicketPhoneSecond" which is where I want to get - but without the broken FixRedirect and with more than "only a second option".
