What’s the maximum amount User you have installed?

I have a project on which we are seriously evaluating OTRS for 60 000, User with the prospection to Grow up to 120 000 user, can you please provide your Input and share your experience, on what’s the biggest installation you ever made

You mean users = customers?
with access to the weninterface? max number of conncurrent users?
how many concurrent agents?
how many tickets a day?

I have systems with some millions of customer users
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

if you get enough servers and a large and fast enough database it should be possible.

But you will need additional software to distrubute OTRS on several frontend servers which is only available with support contracts and a project with us

...really? This makes approximately one ticket per agent and day - which seems not to be the best performance [1]. Either these agents are handling very complex requests, or they are not concurrent agents or the agents should get some training on their issues ;-).

[1] Some B2C customer of us has a customer database of about 5mio contacts, with 5k to 10k requests/responses a day (not every response is a new ticket). They employ something between 50 and 70 concurrent agents.
