Hello Crythias,
Quick question regarding your code, If this no entry, does it will create a ticket ?
next question, on case we find entry like 0007
I would like to change freetime1 to value
Does i need to use on email x-otrs-freetime1 = 2014-03-31 00:00:00 or
x-otrs-followup-freetime1 = 2014-03-31 00:00:00
I'm confused with x-otrs-freetime1 and x-otrs-followup-freetime1 which situation can we use it ?
Regards
J-F

oh... kay...?jfberni wrote: on case we find entry like 0007

Without followup, it is observed when creating a new ticket.jfberni wrote:Does i need to use on email x-otrs-freetime1 = 2014-03-31 00:00:00 or
x-otrs-followup-freetime1 = 2014-03-31 00:00:00
With followup, it is observed when it is a followup/reply to an existing ticket.
