Send notifation new problem with Penfing auto close +

Ok I got new problem with event notification (a have posted something similar but relex this situation is new) . For shortcut client send ticket and I respond him with changing state to pending auto close+ so ticket will close sucessfully. i set this for 30 days.
I need send him after 14 days info Dear Client you not respond. I wrote about this some time ago. Every parameter is fine and doesn't work and I very upsets because i try try and nothing will happend.
Maybe this system haven't that funclionaly.

I have test configuraion like this:

Queue

time to unlock: 1440 min
escalation first response time: 5 min (notify before 50%)
escalation update time: 5 min (notify before 50%)
escalation solution time: 5 min (notify before 50%)

When I respond to Client an set ticket state in Pending auto close + the only parameter I have is

escalation solution time so I configure event like this:

Event: EscalationSolutionTimenotifyBefore (and didn't work i try change this parameter for EscalationSolutionTimeStart it work but only once and stop work with next ticket )

filter applications:


State: Pending auto close +

the rest is default

Article filter:

all default (so nothing is selected)

Recipient:

Recipient (groups): Client

all rest config is default

Still is not working, Can anyone explain to me how to do it, how it works ?
No SLA or services is configured.
